Auto Management

Enable Auto Management of torrents

Turns the torrent queuing system on or off, the default is off.

Exclude inactive torrents from queues

Torrents that are not transferring any bytes, downloading or uploading, have a relatively low cost to be started. You exempt such torrents from the download and seed queues by checking this.

Prefer seeds to downloads

If active downloads + active seeds > active limit then checking this will prefer seeds to downloads, the default is downloads.

Active checking limit

Sets the maximum number of torrents that will be in the checking or rechecking state, the default is 1.

The active checking limit is applied regardless of the Auto Management sysyem being off.

Active DHT limit

Active DHT limit is the max number of torrents to announce to the DHT, by default this is set to 88 which is no more than one DHT announce every 10 seconds.

Active downloads limit

Sets the maximum amount active downloads, the default is 3.

Active limit

Active limit is a global limit on the number of auto managed torrents.

Active LSD limit

Active LSD limit is the max number of torrents to announce to the local network over the local service discovery protocol, by default this is 80 which is no more than one announce every 5 seconds assuming the default announce interval of 5 minutes.

Active seeds limit

Sets the maximum amount active seeds, the default is 5.

Active tracker limit

Active tracker limit is the max number of torrents to announce to their trackers, by default this is 360 which is no more than one announce every 5 seconds.

Cryptography

Get MD5 & SHA1

If checked Koinonein will get the MD5 and SHA1 hash values for the file once the file is complete.

If you recheck a torrent all files from the torrent are hashed again.

If you delete the torrents data all files from the torrent are hashed again once redownloaded.

Limits

Maximum peers per torrent

Sets the maximum amount of total peers available to each torrent.

The default is 500.

Maximum paused peers per torrent

Sets the maximum amount of total peers available to each paused torrent.

The default is 250.

Maximum connected peers per torrent

Sets the maximum amount of peers each torrent will connect to.

The default is 100 and -1 means unlimited.

Maximum connections per torrent

Sets the maximum number of connections each torrent will open.

If all connections are used up incoming connections may be refused or poor connections may be closed.

This must be at least 2.

The default is 100 and -1 means unlimited.
