Files

From here you can manage the files contained in the torrent, if no files are shown and a torrent is selected then Koinonein has not fetched the meta-data for the torrent yet as this torrent was added as a magnet link or as a torrent hash.

To sort the files just click the column header.

The MD5 and SHA1 columns will be blank until Get MD5 & SHA1 is turned on, you can turn this on from Settings > Torrent Options then once on Koinonein will fetch the MD5 and SHA1 the next time the torrent is started or when the file finishes downloading.

You select the file options by right clicking the file, the following are the available options:

Will copy the MD5/SHA1 to the clipboard.

This lets you set the priority the file will download, the priority’s are Low, Medium, High or Don’t Download.

This option allows you to rename the file to something of your choosing.

If you are a Pro subscriber this option will check the file with the Koinonein threat analysis systems, this is an asynchronous check and you’ll be notified if there are any issues once the check has complete.

This option will open the file provided you have downloaded 100% of the file.

This option will open the folder containing the file.

To perform actions on multiple files check the check boxes of the files you want to change then right click the header of the checkbox column and you’ll be shown a menu.

The second column shows you the threat level for the file, these are the threat levels:

This indicates that the file has not been checked by the Koinonein threat analysis systems.

This indicates that the file has been checked by the Koinonein threat analysis systems and has been found to be safe.

This indicates that the file is not of a type capable of hosting malware.

This indicates that the file has been checked by the Koinonein threat analysis systems and has been found to questionable, you can double click on the file to view the threat report.

  This indicates that the file has been checked by the Koinonein threat analysis systems and has been found to infected by malware, you can double click on the file to view the threat report.

This lets you sort the torrent files by name, path, priority, size, threat rating and % done.

Clicking this enables multi select so you can perform the same action on multiple files at once.

This lets you set the priority the file will download, the priority’s are Low, Medium, High or Don’t Download.

This option allows you to rename the file to something of your choosing.
